At Camp because I said I would, we believe in showing up — even when it’s hard work, even when the weather’s not perfect, and especially when the job list is long.
June 8th, 9th, 10th, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 7 PM, we’re inviting volunteers to lend a hand. Split shifts are available to meet your busy schedule and availability.
What to Expect

Registration & Guest Experience: Helping guests feel welcome and supported.

Grounds & Projects: Assisting with the grounds or special camp projects.

Check-in Location: Head to Parking Lot Entrance #1, Grand Hall

Flexible shift options:
Monday, 8th: Morning shift: 8 am-noon, Afternoon shift: 12 pm-4 pm, Evening shift: 4 pm-7 pm
Tuesday, 9th: Morning shift: 7 am-noon, Afternoon shift: 12 pm-4 pm, Evening shift: 4 pm-7 pm
Wednesday, 10th: Morning shift 8 am-noon, Afternoon shift: 12 pm-4 pm

Dress Code: Be ready for anything — wear comfortable shoes (tennis or casual dress), a warm jacket for outside support when needed

Anyone with a heart to help! Bring friends, bring family, or come solo — either way, you’ll be surrounded by people who care.
Why It Matters
This camp is more than just cabins and trails. It’s where grieving families laugh again, where tired teachers catch their breath. Where pain meets peace and turns into possibility. Every bench you build and bag you carry plays a part in that.
