We need an energetic, reliable crew of volunteers to work behind the scenes to help us pull off this magical day. If you love events, hospitality, and community spirit, this shift is for you!

Shift Details & Logistics

• Date: September 17, 2026

• Time: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Please arrive 15 minutes early for a quick briefing)

• Flexibility (pick a time window that works best for you): Shift A:  8 AM- 1 PM, Shift B: 1 PM- 5 PM, Shift C: 4 PM- 8 PM, Shift D: full shift 8 AM- 8 PM

• Location: Camp because I said I would  3483 McCament Rd,  Walhonding, OH 43843

• Attire: “Camp Casual.” Since this is an adult corporate picnic day, we want our crew to stay cool and be comfortable!

  • Footwear: Comfortable, clean, closed-toe shoes

  • Note: If you have a Camp t-shirt, you are welcome to wear it! 

Volunteer Age & Responsibilities:

All volunteers must be 18 years old or older for this event

As part of the Picnic Day Crew, your tasks will include:

• Greeting guests, managing parking flow, and directing people to registration.

• Assisting with the setup and management of games and outdoor recreation stations

• Helping serve food/refreshments and keeping the buffet area clean and stocked.

• Assisting with light cleanup during and after the reception.

• Tending the evening bonfire for the overnight guests
