Help our team host a multi-day adult corporate retreat at Camp Because I Said I Would.

Volunteers provide essential behind-the-scenes support so retreat guests can focus on their experience. By helping with logistics, hospitality, activities, meals, and cleanup, you will help create a welcoming, well-run environment while supporting our broader mission to build resiliency skills and mental health habits.

Select the day that works for you from the ticket options below. The available shifts are:

Friday, October 9

• Shift A: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Shift B: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Shift C: 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
• Full Shift: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM

Saturday, October 10

• Shift A: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Shift B: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Shift C: 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
• Full Shift: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM

Sunday, October 11

• Shift A: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM

Please arrive 15 minutes before your selected shift for a volunteer briefing.

Who Can Volunteer

Volunteers must be 18 years old or older to assist with this event.

Volunteer Responsibilities

• Greet guests, help manage parking flow, and direct people to registration.
• Assist with setting up and managing games and outdoor recreation stations.
• Help serve food and refreshments and keep service areas clean and stocked.
• Assist with light cleanup during and after the event.
• Help with indoor or outdoor volunteer projects while guests are in programming.

What to Wear

Dress “camp casual” in comfortable clothing. Comfortable, clean, closed-toe shoes are required. If you have a Camp T-shirt, you are welcome to wear it.
