Join our volunteer crew at Camp because I said I would on October 3rd for The Fall Promise Brunch! Help us host a wonderful morning for our community by assisting with setup, food service, guest greeting, or golf cart tours.
What to Expect
Volunteering at Camp isn’t just about setting tables or driving golf carts — it’s about creating a warm, welcoming space where grieving families, supporters, and local neighbors can heal, connect, and celebrate community.
Whether you’re welcoming guests, serving a fresh seasonal brunch, driving campus tours, or assisting with setup and cleanup, your help makes this event possible!
Arrival Information
- Date: Saturday, October 3, 2026
- Arrival window: Shift 1: 8:45 or Shift 2: 10:45 AM
- Volunteer hours: Please arrive 15 minutes before your shift
- Check-in: Parking Lot #1 / Grand Hall
- Address: 3483 McCament Rd, Walhonding, OH 43843
- What to wear: Protective footwear and weather-appropriate clothing
