Benefit Bash for because I said I would
Good music, great food, and an even better reason to get together.
Join us for the Benefit Bash supporting because I said I would on Saturday, October 10! Hosted by Lance Layman, Chairman of the Board, this special evening brings friends, families, and community members together for a good time and a great cause.
Enjoy live music from Wentzel, an excellent 70s & 80s band, grab some BBQ, and join in the fun with a silent auction, raffles, and Split the Pot.
Come Hungry. Come Ready to Have Fun.
We’ll be serving BBQ pulled pork and pulled chicken sandwiches with chips, with a donation requested. Then stick around for live music, games, raffles, and plenty of opportunities to support the mission throughout the evening.
Your Night Out Makes a Difference
Proceeds from the Benefit Bash will directly support the work of because I said I would, including programs serving middle and high school students, adults in correctional facilities, and families attending our bereavement retreats at camp.
Your support helps us continue teaching resiliency skills and healthy mental habits that help people navigate some of life’s toughest adversities.
Free to Attend — RSVP Encouraged!
There is no cost to attend. We’d simply love to know you’re coming, so please RSVP and bring your friends and family along.
