Free registration. Two ticket options. Ages 18 and older.
This is a private host event with a limited allocation of places for our supporters. Advance registration and confirmation are required. The exact venue address is shared privately with confirmed attendees.

Volunteer + Attend the Speech
Help set up and run our merchandise and meet-and-greet table, accept donations using a card reader, and pack up afterward. Your help supports our bereavement retreat programs. This ticket also includes admission to Alex’s speech, a free because I said I would T-shirt, and reimbursement of volunteer parking fees. Please plan to help with the volunteer schedule. Driving boxes to UPS is optional; the registration form asks whether you can help.
Attend Just the Speech as a Guest (No volunteering)
Come hear Alex’s message and discover ways to support our mission. This ticket is for attending the speech without table setup, fundraising or packing duties.
Choose one ticket type per person. Volunteers do not need a second guest ticket. Both options are free and subject to availability.

See the Hourly Schedule below for your arrival time and activities. All schedule times are Eastern Time. The overall event time includes volunteer duties before and after the speech; speech-only guests follow the guest arrival entry.

No. This speech takes place in Springfield, Massachusetts. Confirmed attendees receive the venue address privately.

Do guests need volunteer training?
No. Volunteer preparation instructions apply only to the Volunteer + Attend the Speech ticket.

- Meet the event contact at the venue.
- 10:15 AM - 10:30 AM
- Volunteers: locate merchandise boxes
- Gather supplies for the table.
- 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM
- Volunteers: set up merchandise table
- Prepare the merchandise and donation station.
- 10:45 AM - 11:00 AM
- Guests: arrive and take your seat
- Speech-only guests check in. No volunteer duties.
- 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- All ticket holders: Alex Sheen’s speech
- Guests and volunteers attend the speech.
