Role Overview
The Program Impact Intern will work directly with the Senior Program Impact manager and the COO who will oversee the intern program. The Program Impact Intern’s main priority will be to support our current Chapter programming in schools and correctional facilities. They will organize and input program impact data into Salesforce, evaluate program assessments, and research for outreach and recruitment lists. They will assist in creating reports, attend virtual trainings for note-taking, and support various program projects, including material development.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Organize and input program impact data into Salesforce
- Score and evaluate program evaluations to gauge impact
- Research and develop lists for program outreach and recruitment
- Help create reports to evaluate and present program data
- Attend virtual training with new chapters for observation and note-taking
- Assist with other program projects as needed which include developing materials and supplemental worksheets
- The intern will attend staff meetings, attend regularly scheduled meetings with their manager and have weekly meetings with other interns.
