Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Recruitment and Human Resources Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources management in a remote work environment. You will have the chance to work closely with our HR team and contribute to various projects aimed at supporting our mission.
Responsibilities
- Assist with candidate sourcing and screening for various positions within the organization
- Coordinate interview schedules and communication with candidates
- Update and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR databases
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions
- Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys and training programs
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and events as needed
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business
- Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Passion for making a difference and contributing to a meaningful cause
