Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Recruitment and Human Resources Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources management in a remote work environment. You will have the chance to work closely with our HR team and contribute to various projects aimed at supporting our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with candidate sourcing and screening for various positions within the organization
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communication with candidates
  • Update and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR databases
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions
  • Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys and training programs
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and events as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business
  • Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
  • Passion for making a difference and contributing to a meaningful cause
