Camp Host
Location: In-Person at Camp

Salary: Unpaid
Travel Requirements: None
Work Hours: Only a maximum of 8 hours of actual volunteering per week is needed! However, this volunteer would need to be available on-site for 8 hours a day for 4 days a week (In other words, 32 hours of availability, but not working that whole time! Just available in case a guest’s needs arise. – Available at least 2 weekends a month.

Role Overview
We are seeking Camp Host volunteers to work and stay at Camp because I said I would and assist with guest relations and camp safety duties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a great stay experience for guests, including grieving families.
Responsibilities
Possible role responsibilities include one or more of the following areas:
- Ensure that all camp safety policies and procedures are followed
- Greet guests and perform check-in and out procedures
- Answer guest questions about the property including giving a tour of cabin and amenities
- Helping with small maintenance and housekeeping duties (e.g. light bulb change, bringing firewood, bringing towels or other cabin needs
- Assisting as needed with other guest needs

- Friendly and customer-service oriented
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
