The Weekend Itinerary

Friday: VIP & Overnight Guests

Exclusive to guests staying on-site.

• 1:00 PM | Arrival & Registration: Check into your cabin or Manor suite. Enjoy light refreshments and settle into the serene 92-acre grounds.
• 1:30 PM | Activity Stations: Open access to Foot Golf, Disc Golf, Canoeing, and Volleyball.
• 3:00 PM | Rooted In Resiliency (Vineyard Walk): A guided experience through our vineyard focusing on the strength required to keep a promise.
• 6:00 PM | Private Chef’s Welcome Dinner: A curated buffet served in the Manor Lodge overlooking the lake.
• 7:00 PM | Lakeside Acoustic Fire: Unwind under the stars with live music and a cozy campfire.

Saturday: The Anniversary Celebration

Open to Overnight Guests and Saturday Day Pass Holders.

• 8:00 AM | Sunrise Breakfast Buffet: A hearty start for our overnight guests.
• 10:00 AM – 3 pm | Activity Sessions & Restoration:
  • Grape Picking: Get hands-on in the vineyard rows.
  • Adventure: Archery and the “Lost Treasure” Escape Room.
  • Recharge: Professional Chair Massages available in the Lodge to melt away tension. Subject to availability, not everyone will get this opportunity. 

• Hot Air Balloon Rides: Subject to availability, not everyone will get a ride. 

• 12:00 PM | 3 Years Post-Fire: The Resiliency Session: Marking the 3rd anniversary of the fire that nearly destroyed the camp and how we overcame the FEMA failure statistics for small businesses.
• 12:30 PM | Anniversary Lunch & Magic Show: A signature chef’s buffet accompanied by a live magic performance. Witness incredible sleight-of-hand that challenges your perspective on what is possible.
• 1:30 PM | Anniversary Silent Auction: Browse at least 12 exclusive items, including limited-edition gear and camp legacy markers.
• 2:00 PM | The Resiliency Roadmap: Skills & Services: A powerhouse session combining Alex Sheen’s top 10 resiliency skills with a “Therapy 101” crash course. Learn the practical habits of mental fortitude and how to navigate professional mental health services with confidence.
• 3:00 PM | Leadership Lessons from 5-time TEDxTalk speaker Alex Sheen: Alex Sheen, founder of because I said I would, shares high-stakes leadership insights gained from 14 years of building a global movement. Discover how to lead with integrity, manage through crisis, and hold yourself—and others—accountable.
• 6:00 PM | Anniversary Dinner: A premium celebratory meal at Manor Lodge for overnight guests.
• 7:00 PM | Outdoor Movie Under the Stars: Grab a blanket and join us for a featured film on our outdoor screen. A relaxing conclusion to an impactful day.

Sunday: Reflection & Departure

Exclusive to Overnight Guests.

• 8:00 AM | Breakfast 
• 9:00 AM | AI and Resilience Workshop: Exploring the intersection of modern technology and mental fortitude.
• 10:00 AM | Outdoor Activities Open: All outdoor stations—including the vineyard trails and lake—remain open for guest use.
• 12:00 PM | Final Lunch & Departure: A buffet-style lunch to fuel your journey home.

Join us for the heart of the celebration.

• Includes: Access to the Fire Resiliency Session, Magic Show, Resiliency Roadmap, Leadership Lessons, and the Private Chef’s Anniversary Lunch.
• Note: This pass is lunch-only and does not include breakfast, dinner, or an overnight stay. 200 tickets available. 

2. The Full Weekend (All-Inclusive)

Your reservation includes all 6 meals for every guest in your party, all activities, WiFi, and accommodations.

Please note: Overnight accommodations for the 14th Anniversary weekend are by invitation only.
