We are looking forward to express our sincere gratitude to you, our cherished donors, at our special January Donor Appreciation Event. Hosted in the serene setting of our 92-acre retreat center, this event is not just a celebration but an opportunity to connect with fellow supporters and hear about the impact of your contributions.

– Past and current donors of funding, equipment, supplies or services
– Volunteers
– Organizations that have booked speeches
– Philanthropy enthusiasts interested in getting involved

10:00 AM: Arrival of guests.
10:30 – 11:30 AM: Tour of the facilities and grounds.
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Presentation on the behind-the-scenes workings of the camp.
12:30 – 1:30 PM: Communal lunch for all attendees.
1:30 – 3:00 PM: Start of complementary mini-photo shoots for approved guests (must receive time slot and confirmation from us to be considered approved
3:00 PM: Begin event wrap-up and clean-up.
