π Important Pre-Work
Before arriving at Camp, all participants are required to complete a 2-hour, self-paced online module to prepare for the in-person training. Pre-work instructions will be sent two weeks prior to the event. This foundational knowledge ensures you get the most out of your certification day.

- Understanding and recognizing mental health and substance use challenges
- Lunch break (Lunch provided)
- Practical exercises: Responding to mental health crises
- Mental Health First Aid action plan and certification wrap-up
- Optional: Tour of our picturesque 92-acre camp and retreat center

We kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible if youβre unable to attend. No-shows may be charged for the full $170 value of the training. Your cancellation could allow someone else to participate at no cost.
