Program Impact Manager
Role Overview
The Program Impact Manager supports the delivery and long-term growth of two core programs: High School Chapters and Correctional Facility Chapters. About 80% of this role focuses on managing external partner relationships and ensuring high-quality program execution. The remaining 20% is dedicated to developing and enhancing programming at Camp because I said I would, a 92-acre resiliency-focused camp in Walhonding, OH. This position blends partner engagement, program operations, and mental health-informed insight with a focus on scaling mission-aligned programming for youth and adults.
Responsibilities
External Program Management (Approximately 80%)
- Manage onboarding and support for partner schools and correctional facilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for educators, administrators, and facility staff
- Maintain accurate records for compliance, participation, and outcome reporting
- Coordinate regular check-ins and communications with partners
- Track and manage the distribution and return of curriculum and program materials
- Support lead generation and outreach efforts following school assemblies
- Collect and analyze partner feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure programs are aligned with mental health best practices and participant needs
Camp Program Development (Approximately 20%)
- Assist in designing and refining camp-based programs focused on resilience-building and life skills
- Contribute to the creation of curriculum, schedules, and participant experiences
- Coordinate with internal teams to integrate mission-aligned content into camp programs
- Document processes and lessons learned to support future implementation and growth
Qualifications
- Required: Active licensure or certification in a mental health field (e.g., counseling, social work, psychology)
- Preferred: Licensed Social Worker (LSW, LISW, LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LPCC), or equivalent
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in mental health, education, or nonprofit program delivery
- Experience in developing or structuring educational or therapeutic programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organization, with attention to detail
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple timelines
- Proficiency with digital tools such as spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
