Bereavement Retreat Application — Sponsored Stay Thanks to the generosity of a supporter, the cost of your bereavement retreat stay has been fully sponsored. Your sponsored stay includes: Lodging and accommodations All meals and refreshments Program materials and supplies Full access to retreat sessions, activities, and experiences Application & Reservation Policies Commitment to Attend Space at our bereavement retreats is limited, and each sponsored stay is made possible through donor contributions. Before applying, please make sure everyone included in your application is committed to attending if your family is accepted. $100 Refundable Security Deposit — Only Required Upon Acceptance There is no security deposit required to submit this application. If your application is accepted, you will be asked to provide a $100 refundable security deposit to secure your reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received. After you complete your retreat stay, the $100 security deposit will be refunded, provided there are no damages to the accommodations or property. Cancellation Policy Once your application has been accepted and the security deposit has been submitted to secure your reservation, the deposit becomes non-refundable if you later choose to cancel. We ask applicants to carefully consider their availability before applying. Each sponsored reservation represents both limited retreat capacity and the generosity of supporters who make these stays possible.
