The registration fee is $700 per person. This comprehensive fee includes:
- Lodging and accommodations
- All meals and refreshments
- Program materials and supplies
- Full access to all retreat sessions and activities
Registration Policies
- Attendance Confirmation: Because space is limited and supported by donor contributions, please ensure all attendees in your group are fully committed to joining before registering.
- Refund Policy: If your application is not confirmed, a full refund of $700 will be issued. Once an application has been approved, the registration cost becomes non-refundable.

This ticket is for volunteers only and does not include participation in the event itself.
Volunteers help with event setup, cleanup, logistics, registration, and more. During downtime, you may be asked to assist with other tasks around camp.
Shifts may be available over multiple days. After signing up, we’ll email you to confirm your availability and coordinate a shift time that works best for you.
